Why do I need one?

Every home put on the market must legally have a Home Information Pack. It brings together valuable information at the start of the process which gives consumers a clear picture of what they are buying (or selling).

Providing a pack upfront should reduce the likelihood of any nasty surprises in the selling process that could delay the sale, as buyers will be able to make more informed decisions about purchasing their home.

The Pack will include the following documents:

• Sale Statement
• New Homes Warranty (where appropriate)
• Evidence of Title
• Energy Performance Certificate
